 Это узкоспециализированный скрипт для упрощения работы врача. 
 Согласно приказу Минздрава, изменились диагнозы, которые нужно наблюдать по диспансерному наблюдению.
 Данная программа, проверяет есть ли в списке введенный код МКБ и сообщает, требуется ли диспансерное наблюдение.
 Будет дописываться и изменяться. Пулл реквесты приветствуются.
